Breakfast was AMAZING, perfect to stock up before the Camino. The room had a gorgeous view, the bathroom was huge (no idea why but nice I guess?) and the bed was comfortable. I slept very well here and enjoyed myself.

Convenient location near shops & restaurants. Room was spacious & clean and the breakfast was extra yummy - always love it when continental includes eggs + bacon!

Excellent location. The hotel staff here facilitated us leaving bikes in the hotel which were to be collected by a courier company the next day. They also rang taxis for us when we needed them. Lovely to have a pool, and the area around it was well maintained.

Breakfast choices included eggs, sliced honeydew melon and sliced watermelon, along with assortment of cereal. There was also bacon and sausages, but I like mine cooked more crisp than their chef!

Bedrooms are clean, spacious and VERY basic. The property and lobby are contemporary and stylish… unlike their rooms!

Great location. Tell Guiterra on reception we were delighted with his restaurant suggestion. Had a great meal in Época. He was also most helpful with tain/ bus timetables and booking taxi.

I was late checking in but nothing was a problem for Sergio. Got my bike to basement. Next day assisted with directions and he was most helpful. Room great, breakfast was exceptional

The room was spacious, quiet and clean. Breakfast was a great buffet, with loads of options to choose from. The staff were helpful and we had everything we needed for a good stay. The kids loved it-
